Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
- The places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
- Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read them. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
- User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hash function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard in the field of storing user passwords.

Your rights and additional information on how to use data
- In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients: o hosting company on a commission basis o authorized employees and associates who use the data to fulfill the purpose of the site’s operation o companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
- Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary to perform the activities related to them specified in separate regulations (e.g. on keeping accounts). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator: o access to personal data concerning you, o their rectification, o removal, o processing restrictions, o and data portability.
- You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) in relation to the processing of personal data in order to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, while the right to object cannot be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, investigation or defense of claims.

- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.
- Actions may be taken against you consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
- Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the regulations on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
Information in Forms
- The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
- The Service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
- The Service, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
- Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to carry out the process of service complaint handling or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

Significant Marketing Techniques
- The operator applies statistical analysis of traffic on the site, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In terms of information about the user’s preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- The operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing the adjustment of advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track them, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition for such actions is enabled cookie support.
- The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a particular person registered in it uses the Service. It is based on data, over which it is the administrator, the Operator does not provide any additional personal data from itself to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
- The operator uses a solution that studies user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator so that he does not know which physical person they relate to. In particular, the entries of passwords and other personal data are not subject to recording.
- The operator uses a solution automating the operation of the Service in relation to users, e.g., it may send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, if he has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
- The operator may use profiling in the sense of personal data protection regulations.
Information about Cookies
- The Service uses cookies.
- Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device of the Service and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
